Our Chicago West office is looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join our Midwest Recruiting team at 4201 Winfield Road, Suite 600, Warrenville, IL.
Responsibilities Prepare and create recruitment reports in alignment with the sourcing strategy and include analysis, market observations, and recommend strategies based on insights.Prepare and distribute new hire and offer binders.Assist our Recruiters with job postings, HRIS support, career fair coordination, candidate interview coordination and travel arrangements.Schedule in-house and video interviews; coordinate candidate travel arrangements and logistics as needed.Review and submit travel reimbursements for in-house interview candidates.Updating and organizing recruiting spreadsheets, research projects, and reporting metrics. Manage calendars, schedule meetings/conference calls, prepare meeting agendas and compile meeting minutes.Perform other administrative duties to include, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, filing, and note typing.Organize and maintain the Recruiting supply room and order supplies.Facilitate sourcing strategies using various sourcing portals like Online Portals, Professional Social Media, and University Relations/Partnership activities to attract candidates for assigned roles.Perform other assigned recruiting and other ad hoc activities as necessary.Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong punctuation and grammar skillsProficient in MS Office Suite; highly proficient in Excel, Word, and OutlookProficient in Adobe AcrobatPositive, client-orientedCollaborative and team-orientedHighly organized and detail-orientedCapable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentVisibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related majorOne year of previous Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience preferredSalary Range: $48,000-$60,000
