Job Summary
The Recruiting Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s recruitment efforts by handling administrative tasks , ensuring a smooth hiring process, and assisting with onboarding new team members. This role is perfect for someone with HR and/or recruiting experience who excels at organization, communication, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Handle administrative tasks for a busy recruiting team.
+ Check references and run background checks on potential hires.
+ Prepare and send onboarding documents to new employees.
+ Maintain recruiting calendars by scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
+ Refresh job postings, including on LinkedIn.
+ Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
+ Keep accurate records of all recruiting activities in our database.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality regarding candidate and firm information.
+ Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Experience assisting with HR and/or recruiting tasks.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
+ C2-level English proficiency – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
$5-$6 per hour (based on skills and experience)
