**Location:** Williston, VT | **Pay Rate:** $32.17 - $40.20/hour | **Schedule:** 8am - 4:30pm - Mon-Fri
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter With Driving to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts within the distribution sector. You’ll partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and occasionally travel between locations to ensure staffing needs are met quickly and effectively.
**Role Summary**
As a Recruiter With Driving, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for both exempt and non-exempt roles across various locations. This position requires the ability to manage multiple requisitions, build community relationships, and provide strategic hiring recommendations—all while navigating a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Execute the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, recommending, and closing candidates
+ Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements
+ Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage requisitions through our Automated Employment (AE) system
+ Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build robust talent pipelines
+ Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against position requirements
+ Conduct interviews and provide hiring recommendations
+ Ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plans, and monitor selection activity
+ Establish and maintain local community partnerships to expand candidate reach
+ Travel locally, using a personal vehicle, to attend recruitment events or support hiring needs at multiple company locations
**Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience
+ In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently
+ Demonstrated success managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
+ Willingness and ability to travel locally using a personal vehicle as needed
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
+ Experience recruiting in the logistics, distribution, or manufacturing industries

**Pay Details:** $32.17 to $40.20 per hour
