Responsibilities:

Manages candidate pre-hire through hire onboarding process ensuring hiring activities are completed with urgency, consistency, and accuracy. Facilitate candidate skills testing for appropriate positions. Support other recruiters as needed with on-boarding tasks. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure hiring needs and scheduling are being met. Responsive to incoming calls from applicants and employees, answering questions and providing guidance to ensure a positive recruiting and onboarding experience. Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests. Ensure that HR activities are completed in accordance with HR Work Processes. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining consistency of service. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.  Schedule employees for drug screen, background, and safety council classes; communicate that to them. Provide effective communication with employees and a timely resolution to their inquiries related to their on-boarding process. Willing and capable of working overtime as required; after hours/weekends.

Qualifications / Skills:

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum two years of related work experience (preferably in an industry setting). High level of proficiency with DISA. Familiarity with Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be flexible, navigate change and work effectively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven to learn and improve. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers. Effective time-management skills, multitasking and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications. Discretion and the ability to keep data confidential.
