Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles

Act as a talent advisor and leverage talent and market insights to influence and support hiring outcomes with key stakeholders (business leaders, hiring manger and HR partners)

Be candidate obsessed – drive flawless engagement for a great candidate experience and hiring manager experience

Drive operation excellence – fully knowledgeable of recruiting process with rigorous attention to detail

Be a talent magnet – think inclusively and source diverse talent, create diverse candidate pipelines, and build talent pipelines to attract passive talent to Applied Materials

Requirements

5+ years of full life cycle in-house recruitment experience required

Ability to strategize and influence with management in the hiring process to drive outcomes and deliver on key results

Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday preferred

Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills

U.S. Salary Range:

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
