Job Title: Recruiter IIJob Description We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II who will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the recruitment field. Responsibilities + Recruit and interview potential candidates + Check references for new hires + Conduct orientation for new employees + Perform exit interviews + Process changes in employee status + Plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment + Perform a variety of tasks as needed + Lead and direct the work of others Essential Skills + Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition + Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) + Experience with high volume sourcing + Technical recruiting and candidate screening skills + Bachelor's degree + 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience sourcing in the Project Management (PM) and Technical Program Management (TPM) space Work Environment This role is 100% onsite in Bellevue, WA. You will be working in a dynamic environment, often dealing with high volume sourcing and technical recruiting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
