Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a Recruiter II. Summary: We are looking for a Recruiter that specializes in Sales or Loan Officer hiring to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of identifying and engaging top-producing Loan Officers in an intensely competitive market. You'll leverage your recruiting expertise and knowledge of the financial services industry to source high-caliber candidates, effectively promote the company value proposition, and partner with hiring leaders to build high-performing teams. Responsibilities: * Proactively source top sales and Loan Officer talent through resume databases (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), job boards, professional networks, and industry-specific channels * Craft and execute strategic outreach campaigns to attract passive talent and stand out in a competitive talent market * Conduct initial phone screens and reference checks, assessing candidate fit, motivation, and potential for success * Articulate the unique benefits of joining the company, including compensation structure, career growth, and company culture, to help convert candidates from interest to hire * Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, sales team dynamics, and growth goals * Ensure compliance with federal and state hiring regulations, as well as internal hiring policies and processes * Manage candidate activity and workflows through our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) * Stay current on market trends, compensation insights, and competitor hiring practices to help shape hiring strategy * Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help drive innovation in sourcing and recruitment strategies * Embody and promote company values and culture throughout the candidate experience * Perform other related duties as required and assigned * Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
