Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter I with a strong background in sourcing niche tech roles, particularly in Hardware, Aerospace, and Cleared Tech. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for educational qualifications, such as a degree from a top school in Computer Science or a master's degree, along with 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area. You will be expected to follow established guidelines and instructions to perform your job functions and will work under immediate supervision, typically reporting to a supervisor or manager.

ResponsibilitiesSource candidates for niche tech roles in Hardware, Aerospace, and Cleared Tech.Identify and evaluate candidates' educational qualifications, focusing on top school CS degrees or master's degrees.Utilize commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruitment field.Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform job functions.Work under the supervision of a manager or supervisor.Use ATS and other recruitment tools to manage the recruitment process.Essential Skills1-3 years of technical sourcing experience, ideally from Aerospace or large Tech companies.Technical sourcingTechnical recruitingExperience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniquesWork Environment

The position is based onsite for 5 days a week in Downtown Bellevue. You will be working in a professional office environment, collaborating closely with your team and supervisor to meet recruitment goals. The role requires adherence to dress code and work hours as per company policies.
