The Recruiter will provide subject matter expertise on Barry Callebaut’s recruitment process. You’ll utilize labor market knowledge to assist hiring managers in making informed decisions throughout the hiring process while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. The Recruiter will maintain high levels of internal and external customer service and keep the recruitment process running efficiently. You will be responsible for filling open positions across multiple business units throughout the organization including our U.S. manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with our hiring managers and and manage progressive strategies to identify, source, assess, and recommend the best talent while delivering a diverse candidate slate. Key responsibilities include: + Create comprehensive, diverse, and inclusive recruitment strategies for hiring managers across all business functions + Deliver exceptional candidate experience from phone screens to offer stages + Deliver diverse talent pools for active requisitions and proactive introductions for the future + Develop and maintain a strong partnership with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members + Influence by providing insightful market data that informs growth-oriented discussions; Remain informed of national labor trends + Deliver premier client service, maintain high recruitment standards, and consistently execute with operational excellence + Organize and lead post-interview debrief sessions with interview teams and candidates + Partner with Human Resources to maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a smooth onboarding process + Partner with the Total Rewards team to effectively develop competitive offers for candidates About you: + Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting practices, principles, applications and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills + Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model and engaging with passive operations candidates and networks + Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities within unique functional skill sets + Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills + ATS experience + Recruitment agency experience a plus What you can expect from Barry Callebaut: + Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package + 12 paid holidays, plus your birthday off + Environment that welcomes workplace flexibility + An atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
