Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, Recruiter in Raleigh, NC . In this role, you can work with a team of talented recruiters to identify talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates. This includes sourcing candidates from job boards, internal referrals, networking events, social media sites, and more.

The Day-to-Day:

Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategyProduce and update job specifications and descriptionsArrange recruitment materialsPost job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boardsEvaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applicationsPerform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experienceFollow up with successful candidates and update the company’s internal recordsBe a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process

Qualifications:

1 or 2-years' experience as a Recruiter or Customer Service RepresentativeHighly organized with ability to multi-task.Staffing experience is a big plus.Ability to work with multiple computer applications.Strong critical thinking skillsExcellent client service skills.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$19.00 to $20.00 /hrMonday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
