Our client, an E-commerce service in Harrisburg, PA is looking to hire a Bilingual Recruiter. The ideal candidate will need at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. You will be responsible for finding and evaluating potential employees.

The Day-to-Day:

Researching job seekers and inviting them to apply for open roles.Screening candidates through phone and in-person interviews.Filling out hiring paperwork.Identifying future hiring needs.Designing job descriptions.Sourcing candidates through databases and social media.Conducting interviews.Keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.Monitoring new and existing employees and acting as their advocate.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong communication skillsAbility to multitask

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$60,000.00Monday to Friday8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
