The Recruiter will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment of all roles assigned. This includes sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, data integrity, and reporting. Apply now! Responsibilities: + Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers to fill all company positions. + Develops and proposes new strategies and programs to attract quality candidates for all communities. + Partners with hiring managers at all locations to provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate initiatives to best fill all vacancies. + Works closely with the Marketing team to establish advertising and campaigns to attract top talent. + Establishes measurements of success and provides supporting data. + Applicant tracking system set up and maintenance. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. + Minimum of 6 months HR experience required, recruitment experience preferred. + Health care recruiting experience a plus. + SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
