Our client, a privately held, third-party logistics (3PL) company is looking to hire a Recruiter for their location in Middletown, PA. The ideal candidate will need at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. Responsibilities include Developing and maintaining relationships with job candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and candidate flow.

The Day-to-Day:

Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.Conduct phone screens and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.Create job postings, job descriptions, and job announcements in both English and [insert language].Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow and track candidate status.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, develop recruitment strategies, and implement recruitment plans.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's culture, values, and business objectives to ensure that recruited candidates align with these goals.Collaborate with other teams (e.g., HR, Operations) to ensure a seamless candidate experience.Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaBilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and best practices.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in MS OfficeStrong communication skillsAbility to multitask

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$50 to $60k /per yrMonday to Friday8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
