Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, Recruiter in Lynwood, CA. In this role, you can work with a team of talented recruiters to identify talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates. This includes sourcing candidates from job boards, internal referrals, networking events, social media sites, and more.

Your Day

Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategyProduce and update job specifications and descriptionsArrange recruitment materialsPost job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boardsEvaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applicationsPerform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experienceFollow up with successful candidates and update the company’s internal recordsBe a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process

About You

1 or 2-years' experience as a RecruiterBe able to spin multiple plates and be highly organized, even if it's organized chaos.Light Industrial experience is a big plus.Have the ability to effectively and logically navigate computer applications.You can dig down naturally, asking next-level questions.Ability to work as a fast pace recruiter

Compensation Package

$18.00 to $20.00/hour.Monday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
