Job Title: Recruiter I

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This position may require a bachelor's degree in a relevant area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. You will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform your duties, working under immediate supervision and typically reporting to a supervisor or manager.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.Set up briefings and guide candidates through the recruitment process.Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for roles.Perform reference checks and make job offers to selected candidates.Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.Manage exit interviews and process changes in employee status.Essential Skills1-4 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.Proficiency in ATS systems and full-cycle recruiting.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with hiring managers and stakeholders.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Open to both technical and non-technical recruiting.Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in Downtown Seattle, providing you with the opportunity to work closely with your team and engage directly with stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00/hr.
