The Recruiter, under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, will be responsible for the coordination of high-volume recruitment activities, full life cycle recruitment. This position is based in Chula Vista & El Cajon, CA in supporting the MTS Contract.   Transdev is proud to offer:  Competitive compensation package- range from $25.00-$25.57per hour Benefits include:Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks Sick days: 7 daysHolidays: 7 standard Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability. The above represents the standard San Diego Policy Key Responsibilities: Very high volume, full life cycle recruiting for drivers primarily, other positions as assigned.Phone screening and in person interviewing of high-volume applicantsManage applicant flow, disposition candidates and documenting applicants appropriately in ATS (JOBVITE).Responsible for the coordination of pre-employment drug test, DOT physical and background check.Responsible for new hire orientation.Managing on site career events/job fairs.Local travel to provide outreach in the community.Answer employee questions regarding forms and procedures, main point of contact for all applicants.Daily & weekly recruitment activity reports. Maintains confidentiality of all information. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, requiredWorking knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to read, understand, and interpret instructions, policies, and procedures.Strong written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skillsATS experience is a plusMust have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.Requires the ability to work amid constant interruptions and the ability to prioritize and deal with time pressures.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plusExperience:One to two (1-2) years of relevant recruitment experience.
