We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from intake meetings with Hiring Managers through offer of employment and onboarding. This role requires developing innovative recruiting strategies, facilitating all aspects of the interview process, and supporting company EEO/Diversity initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business leaders and Hiring Managers to support operational and corporate hiring needs.Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer and onboarding.Provide support in writing job descriptions and resume screening.Develop innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates.Facilitate all aspects of the interview process, including phone screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.Participate in and plan networking, recruiting, and hiring events.Meet all goals related to key staffing metrics, including recruitment strategy, time-to-fill, and new hire effectiveness.Support company EEO/Diversity initiatives and accurately report and track required candidate data.Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, employees, and colleagues to help identify and source qualified talent.Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies.Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws.Provide input on process improvement opportunities.Perform other related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of corporate level recruiting experience, including supervisory/management level recruiting for HR, IT, engineering, EHS, finance/accounting.Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web, social, professional networks).Excellent verbal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mentality.Experience with high volume technical or operational, exempt recruiting.Demonstrated track record in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent.Knowledge of and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience preferred.Experience in executive and engineering or tech recruiting (SAP, SCADA, Security) is highly desirable.Work Environment

This is an onsite/hybrid role based in Sparks, NV, with some remote flexibility. The recruiter will need to be onsite 3-5 days a week to support recruitment activities and build rapport with client groups. The schedule to be onsite is not standard or set, as the recruiter will need to support their portfolio’s in-person interviews. This is a full-time role with core hours from 8am-5pm PST, working within a team of 8.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
