Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for various roles, including warehouse workers, general laborers, construction crews, and office personnel. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
ResponsibilitiesSource and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.Create and post job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a similar industry.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsRecruitingTalent acquisitionRecruitmentHiringFull cycle recruitingCustomer serviceScheduling coordinationOnboardingApplicant tracking systemsWarehouse/Skill trade recruitment experienceWritten and verbal skillsOutlookAdministrative supportHigh volume recruitment experienceTime management skillsAbility to work independentlyMust live on the West Coast PSTPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
