Job Summary The Pool Supervisor assists in overseeing daily operations of a pool in a hotel resort or similar setting. Responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS: + Typically requires a high school diploma and 3 or more years of experience. + May require lifeguard CPR or pool operator certification. + Knowledge of the field's policies procedures and practices. Leads and directs the work of other employees. + Typically has some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring performance or disciplinary actions. + Ability to foster teamwork. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Oversees a team of lifeguards and pool or cabana staff during an assigned shift or in the absence of the Pool Manager. + Ensures that pool facilities including concession stands pool bar changing rooms and showers are cleaned and maintained in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. + Promotes and participates in recreational activities involving the use of the pool.
