As a Recreation Concierge, you will be the go-to expert for guest activities, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring seamless coordination of recreational experiences. From water sports and nature excursions to wellness activities and cultural experiences, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests’ stay.
\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\nAssist guests in selecting and booking recreational activities, ensuring they have a personalized and memorable experience.
\n\n\nProvide expert knowledge about the island’s natural surroundings, marine life, and available excursions.
\n\n\nCoordinate with other departments, including spa, water sports, and dining, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
\n\n\nMaintain activity equipment, ensuring safety and readiness for guest use.
\n\n\nDeliver warm, professional, and anticipatory service in line with Waldorf Astoria’s luxury standards.
\n\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\n\nPrevious experience in recreation, guest relations, or a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
\n\n\nStrong knowledge of outdoor activities, water sports, and wellness experiences.
\n\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
\n\n\nAbility to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and engaging approach.
\n\n\nFirst aid and lifeguard certification (preferred but not required).
