We are looking for an exceptional Student Records Supervisor to join our growing team of professionals. The Student Records Supervisor reports to Delaware Valley Job Corps Monday-Friday 8a-5p.

Interviews and recommends for hire, disciplines and evaluates performance of the direct report staff. Fills staff vacancies in a timely manner Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data Ensures the integrity of all student-related actions, accountability and performance outcomes Supervises the Student Records department through effective planning, scheduling, training and staff supervision Administers the Center's compliance with the requirements and provisions of the MyJobCorps and CIS database management program Assists students on matters relating to pay and clothing allowances, leave, class schedules and travel/transportation Adheres to all USDOL and JobCorps guidelines regarding student records
