Position description:

Be a team member of General Ledger AccountantsBe responsible for E2E RTR accounting activities, including GL and Financial ReportingEnsure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports generated through ERP (SAP)Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant accounting requirements, internal controlsContribute accounting technical assistance across the defined region and business regarding IFRSOperate and track key performance indicators (KPI/SLA)Responsible for journal entries, month-end close activity and reconciliationsClosely cooperate with internal clients, other CoE Teams and support functionsSupport internal and external auditsResolve conflicts on any process issuesSupport developing and sustaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery PlansCreate an environment based on trust, open communication, creative thinking

Desired qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent within Finance/Accounting3+ years of experience as an RTR/GL AccountantAdvanced English knowledgeSound understanding of accounting principles is a mustExperience in a Shared Service Center environment is preferableGood MS Excel skillsSAP experience is preferableAbility to work within tight operational deadlines and prioritiesGood analytical skillsCooperation skills oriented on result and customer needsStrong, professional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written English; multi lingual a plus
