Job Description Summary

Provide a professional ‘Remote Receptionist Services’ to attend to incoming calls to the SCB Australia.

About the Role:
 

Respond to incoming calls to the SCB Australia Board line. (These calls are over Skype/teams). – calls will also need warning message “this call is recorded”.Take notes on the enquiry and provide suitable update to the relevant teams at SCB Australia. (list of contacts and departments will be provide)Any calls from regulators or customers with complaints or escalations to be routed to the Compliance / Legal teams on priority.
 Preferably could retain recording of the calls for a pre-agreed period. (For Complaint / Regulator / Escalation Calls) Advise callers the “call is recorded for records and training purposes”.Ability to guarantee servicing of the call during the Business Hours (9 AM to 5 PM Sydney Time) during regular Business Days (Monday to Friday).


About You:

College graduateMust have 1-2 years facility management and remote site operational exposuresAdvanced skills in MS Office such as PowerPoint, word, excel etc.Must be internet savvy and with advanced IT skills providing remote communicationsMust be fluent in English communication both oral and written
