Service Department Receptionist/Greeter Responsibilities:

Welcome client’s when they arriveDetermine the nature of the client’s visitProvide information to technician and/or management regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of serviceTake thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely mannerProvide administrative support to the staff when necessaryMaintain and stock client refreshments and ensure waiting area is tidySpecial projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Communication skills – communicate effectively with othersTime Management – ability to manage one’s own timeAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence18 years of age or older
