Consulting Group located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Receptionist/Office Coordinator to support the office and team members for an open ended assignment with a minimum of 2 months commitment. This position will start ASAP require 5 days in office. Hours are generally 9:00am-5:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch (37.5 hour work week), availability for OT as needed.
Responsibilities:
Sit at reception and answer phones and greet visitors and guests.Order, set-up and clean-up weekly in office lunchesWork with building services to maintain office spaceOrder supplies and groceries. Keep kitchen and supply areas tidy and stockedSupport various in office and out of office eventsWork with building security for guests and employee access
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required2+ years of related experience required in working in an administrative role within professional servicesAdvanced Proficiency in Microsoft OutlookAbility to communicate effectively and professionally.Demonstrate ability and temperament to work with sensitive information.Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.Has a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
Compensation:
