Our client is searching for a Receptionist to be based at their Milnerton offices
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administration & secretarial duties
Professional etiquette at all times
Superior customer service to internal and external staff
Maintain guest register
Receiving of incoming and outgoing mail/ parcels
Handling of customer queries
Customer statements
Skills and Competencies
Able to multitask
English Excellent written/ verbal communication
Afrikaans
Good telephonic manner

Honest positive and fair
Able to work under pressure
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Secretarial Diploma Advantageous
Two years working experience as a receptionists
Must have 2 years experience on busy switchboard
Advanced Microsoft Office skills on MS Office Word Excel Lotus Notes
