Closet Factory Colorado is looking for a dynamic Receptionist/ Lead Setter. Closet Factory is a locally/family owned and operated business located in Parker, Colorado. We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service Team! If you have customer service experience and are interested in working in the design/construction industry please reply with your resume. * Serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. * Schedules client appointments * Gives guided showroom tours for visitors * Assists clients in navigating showroom and products * Keeps the showroom and reception area, clean, organized and stocked. * First call responder, directs calls to appropriate personnel/ department. Screens incoming calls accordingly. * Distributes Mail and Deliveries. Notifies appropriate personnel. * Responds to clients, designers, and office staff in a polite and timely manner. * File management * Offers administrative support as needed. Receptionist Qualifications / Skills: * Telephone Skills * Verbal Communication * Listening * Professionalism * Customer Focus * Organization * Informing Others * Handles Pressure Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: * Familiarity with phone systems & office etiquette * Previous experience with Microsoft Office software and Google Drive preferred * Salesforce Experience a plus * Experience in design or construction industry a plus   Benefits: Full Time Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm One Saturday a month from 9 am-3 pm $18-$22 per hour DOE Health Insurance 401k Paid Holidays
