What this job involves: JLL is currently seeking a dynamic and qualified individual for the role of Receptionist to provide reliable, timely, and efficient support. This position will report to the Facility Manager of JLL. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The individual will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. This role provides a wide variety of support services to the client office and the successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Regular and predictable attendance to support the needs of the team and the client. Make sure all the calls are answer in a timely manner, using the Company’s protocol and send them to the respective department. Greet and direct all visitors, accordingly, providing the necessary orientation to all visitors, employees and contractors. Provide security badges for visitors and regular employees via the SOP. Participate in Facility programs with an expectation to continue learning and grow as a professional. Perform clerical or administrative duties as needed, such as: assisting with filing and database systems and other related office support duties. Provide Additional Support Across Multi- Sites as needed. Support the Facility Manager and Facility Coordinator for JLL when assistance is needed.Respond to basic client and general enquiries and escalate complex queries to the appropriate parties. Maintains a clean, organize and safe workspace. Comply with all the policies and procedures of JLL and client facility.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Desired or Preferred Experience and Technical Skills:
Associate degree preferred. Experience in healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments a plusRequired Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience as a receptionist.
