Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet and assist customers who enter the facility Answer incoming calls and inquires Direct calls to the appropriate store representative or department for disposition and resolution Maintain the appearance of the showroom/service area Assist the Management staff with various clerical duties as needed
