Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, emails and inquiries efficiently Scheduling appointments and manage the front desk operation Complete quotations Update the electronic platform daily Prepare all check in / check out documentation for current and following day Maintain a clean and organised reception area Assist with administrative tasks and support other team members needed Qualifications needed:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2 Year experience in the Motor industry Experience on Vantage Compmark (Preferred) Strong organisational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role (Preferred) a positive attitude and willingness to learn If you are passionate about customer service and want to be part of a leading company in the automotive industry, we would love to hear from you!
