TalentWorld is hiring a Receptionist for our client, a well-established business, seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join their team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients, creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent service.
Receptionist Responsibilities: - Welcome customers and visitors as they arrive, providing them with a friendly, professional introduction to the office. Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department, or take messages when necessary. Provide general office support, including filing, handling inquiries, and performing basic clerical tasks as needed. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all customers and visitors, responding to inquiries and directing them to the right resources. Keep the reception area neat and organized, ensuring that the space is always presentable for customers and clients. Assist in coordinating appointments, meetings, or any other logistics required by the team. Receptionist Qualifications: - Must be 18 years or older. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and keep the reception area running smoothly. Basic knowledge of office equipment (phone systems, computer, etc.). Must maintain a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
