We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and create a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy lobby, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Essential Skills
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred.
+ 6 months or more of administrative/clerical/front desk experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
+ Experience with email correspondence.
+ Strong organizational and documentation skills.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Timeliness and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the sign-in and sign-out sheet for visitors and employees.
+ Keep track of team members' whereabouts and availability.
+ Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby.
+ Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
+ Keep the front desk organized and presentable.
+ Assist employees with application processes, including those for Spanish-speaking applicants.
+ Maintain the conference room, ensuring it is neat and ready for meetings.
+ Keep office supplies and copy room stocked and organized.
+ Manage the holiday room, ensuring it is stocked.
+ Assist with postage and mailings.
