We are looking for a receptionist who will provide access control to the facility, answer the main phone line, and provide admin support.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Front Desk Attendant Monitor secured entrance, ensuring that only properly credentialed persons are entering the facility Greet and assist with the needs of all external guests and employees Ensure that all visitors are appropriately registered and have required badging Respond appropriately to uninvited arrivals at front entrance Supply general orientation information regarding the facility to the guests, clients and customers Mainline phone attendant Answer corporate mainline phone and route calls appropriately Mail and special delivery, receive and sign for deliveries, receive and distribute all incoming US Mail, operate postage machine for outgoing US Mail

Qualifications:

High School education or GED equivalent Ability to pass a background investigation Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Minimum of 6 months prior receptionist/admin experience or equivalent workforce experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Ability to handle office related material such as, computer equipment, printout paper, notebooks, ledgers, badge printer

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours, however, some extended or weekend hours may be required. No travel required.

 

Physical Requirements: 

May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
