Job Description:

Reception/Hospitality Specialist position provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks at a client location.  This unique client facing position is an exciting position to start your Epiq career.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Provide “White Glove” hospitality services

Set-up meeting rooms as specified

Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks

Hospitality Services includes coordinator and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional mannerFloor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenanceFacilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructionsMail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year work experience in a reception and/or hospitality field.Mail, copy, print and scanning production experience is preferred.Ability to lead others in a professional mannerStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaintsAbility to multitask with attention to detailWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is 17.28 to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
