Reception / Coordinator
**The Opportunity** You will support activities at the King of Prussia Headquarters. The Receptionist typically serves as one of the first interactions visitors and others have with CSL Behring. These interactions must represent CSL Behring in a positive manner. The Receptionist will relate well with others and be reliable. You will greet and talk with guests, ensuring the lobby area is clean, answering telephone lines, issuing badges for visitors, checking IDs, monitoring access control, de-escalating situations and communicating with the security team. Further you will also provide administrative support for both KOP Security and the Enterprise Security team based in KOP. **The Role** **Reception:** + Greet, assist, and direct all guests. + Ensure appropriate front desk reception protocols are followed. + Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages when needed. + Maintain a clean front desk, reception area. **Security:** + Ensure security protocols are followed. + Maintain compliance to access controls for all reception area entrances, to include maintaining physical or electronic logs, issuing and retrieving access cards, and notifying personnel of guests. + Lock/unlock front doors at designated times. + Issue site related materials. + Alert management of potential security issues. + Create and file electronic security records. + Help with data entry during security reviews and audits of access control systems. + Manage the KOP Security office calendar for site specific terminations with Workday termination report. + Ensure access cards from global visitors are disabled in access control system following Workday termination report. **Administration:** + Maintain and order office supplies for KOP Security. + Coordinate the setup of new vendors within Ariba for Enterprise Security and other transactional activities related to billing. + Issue purchase orders and investigate non-payment of invoices when needed. + Partner with Enterprise Security to support tasks. + Communicate with site/global admins to answer site specific inquiries related to reception and/or security. + Complete expense reports for KOP Security and Enterprise Security. + Support, and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, audit procedures, and different internal programs. + Manage bookings and provide access to the Executive Boardroom. + Perform other administrative responsibilities to support site operation. **Your Skills and Experience** + High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or above preferred; CPR and First Aid certified a plus. + Experience in security and administrative or receptionist positions. + Work with office technologies. + Experience in Ariba and Concur preferred. + Working knowledge and abilities with computer programs and and new software systems. + Sound knowledge of administrative processes and office organization. **Our Benefits** CSL employees that work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits effective day 1.
