**Receiving Inspector** Snoqualmie, WA $22-$28/hr. Monday- Friday 6am- 2:30 pm **Job Description** We are seeking a Receiving Inspector to join our team. The shift is Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with voluntary overtime available after training is completed. In this role, you will perform precision measurement and verification of complex electro-mechanical parts, injection-molded plastics, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), corrugated goods, and accessories in accordance with the device master record. **Responsibilities** + Perform accurate inventory transactions, labeling, and moving of parts to proper storage locations. + Ensure nonconforming materials are identified, segregated, and processed as specified in the quality system. + Demonstrate proficient use of hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and comparators. + Verify Measurement and Test Equipment has been calibrated and is current before each use. + Identify process improvement opportunities. + Identify candidate parts for Skip-Lot sampling as specified in the quality system. + Comply with all quality system and company policies. + Ensure training assignments are completed in a timely manner and behave professionally at all times. + Maintain workstation cleanliness and ensure safe working conditions. + Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. + Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. + Report any quality problems or defects to management to implement corrective actions and avoid recurrence. + Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet business needs. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices. + 6 months or more of precision measurement experience with mechanical, injection-molded plastics, and/or PCBAs. + Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T. + Experience with quality assurance, receivables, and inspection equipment. + Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools. + Experience with inventory control, electromechanics, injection-molded plastic parts, and PCBA. + Experience with test equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge or experience with IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies preferred. + Experience with Sampling Procedure (ANSI/ASQZ1.4-2008) preferred. + Experience with Agile Product Lifecycle Management or similar. + Experience with QAD MFG/PRO: ERP Software or similar. + Experience with CATSWeb Quality Management System or similar. + ISO experience, ISO 9000 or AS90 100 Aerospace experience would be helpful. **Why Work Here?** We offer a broad array of benefits plans and resources. You will be lifting up to 30 lbs unassisted and more with help as necessary. Continuous manipulation of small to large parts and measuring equipment is required. Standing: 40-45%, Bending: 15-20%, Sitting: 30-35%, Stooping: <10%, Reaching: 15-20%, Walking: 10-15%, Lifting: 25-50 lbs, Use of computer: 50%. Some domestic travel for training purposes may be required (<5%).
