Job Title: Receiving Clerk

Job Description.Receives incoming shipments and completes shipping carrier paperwork upon receipt.Unloads and unpacks materials and products.Inspects contents for damage or contamination.Verifies material quantity and quality against purchase orders and invoices.Updates the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with receipt information and status.Correctly labels incoming materials and stores them in their designated place.Ensures receipt of materials, and stocks the incoming items in an organized and timely manner.Follows department SOPs and work instructions and adheres to Argen receiving standards.Maintains accurate records and assists in inventory control processes.Maintains a safe and clean work area.Cross trains in other areas to learn Supply Chain processes.Other duties as assigned.

Hard SkillsMust have some receiving experience in a warehouse environmentMust be comfortable using computer system Must be detailed oriented Must be a quick learner and not afraid of trying new things Must be okay being on feet the entire shift Schedule
