**Job Title: Inventory Specialist** **Job Description** We are looking for a meticulous and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely accounting of incoming goods, verifying packing lists, updating inventory records, and maintaining documentation. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in data entry, especially within ERP systems. **Responsibilities** + Properly account for the location of incoming goods. + Assure no damaged items are received. + Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list. + Update the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory via computer ERP systems. + Document inventory as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory control, shipping, and receiving. + Proficiency in using ERP systems. + Excellent attention to detail. + Strong data entry skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Quantum ERP is a plus. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, usually once a month. + Experience using RF Scanners. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Why Work Here?** We are committed to providing a workplace where all employees are inspired to maximize their potential and fully contribute to organizational success.
