**Job Title: Receiving Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Receiving Associate for our 1st Shift Receiving team. The shift runs from 6am-2:30pm with the potential for overtime until 4:30pm. In this role, you will be responsible for picking parts for production, staging products, receiving shipments, operating sit-down and stand up forklift and utilizing computer system to track inventory. **Responsibilities** + Operate stand-up forklift to pick parts for orders. + Receive materials, crates, and other products using a stand-up forklift. + Stock received materials within the warehouse. + Unload 5-10 containers weekly from West Europe. + Enter inventory data into the computer system, including quantity, part number, purchase orders, and packing lists. + Verify shipments against receiving paperwork. + Use RF scanner to receive product into inventory and identify bin locations. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts. + Comfortable operating a computer. + Ability to lift over 50lbs. + Experience with shipping, receiving, and material handling. + Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + RF scanner and cycle count experience is a plus. + Experience with outbound shipments preferred. + Must have forklift operating experience and will get re-certified. + Must complete an 8-hour forklift training. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a clean, climate-controlled work environment with an onsite cafeteria offering made-to-order breakfast and lunch.
