3rd Shift Receiver
Our Receiver handles the receiving of items to the plant from external sources. Ensures shipments are visually inspected to check for obvious damage, sorted and distributed/stored to various inventory storage areas or office area. Ensures transactions are correctly recorded in the ERP system. Performs and operates job functions with safety, quality and efficiency in mind and in accordance with specific process sheets and operational parameters. Must have excellent attention to detail, is responsible for the overall quality of the items received and data entry for receiving.
Key Accountabilities:
Material Handling and Receiving Issue raw materials to production as requested through a work order or requisition. Receive finished goods from production, package materials for warehouse transfer. Unload and receive products/materials and supplies from trucks according to SOPs, work instructions, and ICRF guidelines. Inspect materials for proper part numbers and quantities before warehouse transfer; maintain accurate records. Packaging and Shipping Package orders with picklist for shipment. Inventory and Records Management Advise supervisor of low supply levels through weekly cycle counts or as needed. Maintain necessary records as required by SOPs and work instructions. Basic computer skills and data entry into the QAD system. Equipment Operation Operate label software and perform computer system data entry and retrieval. Must be certified (or able to be certified within 60 days) to operate a forklift and drive the company box truck (No CDL required).Work Environment:

Must be able to climb a ladder/stairs, be comfortable at heights, operate equipment that is in constant motion, use of both hands at working height and periodic use above head Ability to stand/walk, particularly for sustained periods of time Ability to lift/move a minimum of 35 pounds repeatedly Must be able to obtain forklift certification
