Essential Functions:

Track, manage, and report all rebate information for national accounts Work with KAM regarding new accounts and set-up of rebates in systems and reporting Work with Kam regarding current account rebate changes in systems and reporting Work with customer on report needs and deadlines Create reporting and send reporting as specified by customer documents Work with Alsco GO accounting regarding needs, issues, etc. Work with IT on any changes, needs, issues, etc.

Additional Functions:

Maintain and update all files for each Corporate Account Rebate assigned. Assist with special projects as requested by KAM regarding rebates Assist with running and sending KAM volume reports monthly Assist with KAM contact listing and birthday schedules Attend all required meetings Management and auditing rebate accounts to confirm they are reporting properly

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Good working knowledge and skill in Office; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong ability to manage conflict, negotiate, solve problems and successfully build good relationships. Excellent skills in evaluating, analyzing, interpreting, reasoning, and making conclusions of data. Proficient in Gap Analysis. Organized and detail oriented, able to multi-task. Ability to perform required mathematical calculations Organize work, meet deadlines, perform at efficiency and safety expectations, and follow instructions as directed by supervisor. Keep a current, valid license and be able to rent an automobile. Position will be based in Salt Lake City

Minimum Qualifications:

Some experience in accounting required High school graduate or equivalent required Competency with core Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel Strong working knowledge of Excel; experience with writing formulas preferred Professional customer service skills and telephone etiquette Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a support role Organized and detail focused, ability to work on a variety of tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Typical Physical Activity:

Physical Demands/Requirements consist of standing, sitting, walking, stooping, reaching overhead, grasping, seeing, reading, speaking, hearing, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Typical Environmental Conditions:

Typical indoor office environment, working space, meeting rooms, lunch room
