Position summary: Entry level position responsible for assisting with right of way projects.

Essential functions and responsibilities

Conduct title research Prepares land acquisition forms Establish current market value of subject land Complete noncomplex negotiations with landowners to secure properties through purchase, donation, or condemnation Complete non-complex relocation assistance work as required in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, As amended (Uniform Act)  Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, project estimates, purchase orders, specifications, and drafts contract documents for projects
