Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing real estate-related events. You act as the central point of contact for internal and external partners, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and support construction projects as well as the implementation of CAFM systems.• Primary point of contact for event planning and interface with internal and external stakeholders• Responsibility for the event schedule in Eggelsberg, including external equipment and safety measures• Support for construction projects and the implementation of CAFM systems• Involvement in real estate compliance management, including guideline development and audits

Qualifications for the role

Experience in the field of real estate/facility managementExperience in construction law, regulatory compliance, and compliance managementFluent in German and EnglishAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks and projects effectivelyProactive ownership and execution of projects with a high standard of excellence, strong organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach
