Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ- 6 PQE) - Manchester City Centre We are now working with a property specialist firm based in Manchester city centre on the placement of a commercial property solicitor. The Role: · Commercial Property Solicitor NQ(with pre qual experience) - 6 Years PQE · Manchester city centre · The team are really busy and they are looking to recruit a lawyer to pick up a caseload of non-contentious landlord and tenant work (retail and office space- multi let), acquisitions (individual assets and large portfolios by private treaty) and disposals(by private treaty or via auction).
