This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. **What You’ll Do:** • Help create budgets for planned client events. Request competitive bids from external service providers. Present recommendations and budget proposals to clients for their approval. • Address tenant needs and ensure that both administrative and technical staff promptly resolve issues. - 30% Travel • Ensure property condition issues are addressed promptly by submitting work order requests in a timely manner. • Perform routine property inspections and submit maintenance requests. • Oversee the scheduling of conference facilities and meeting rooms, while promoting conference center and event management services to both current and potential clients. • Help clients promote and lease the property's available space. • Prepare reports to summarize service and conference center utilization for the property management team. • Supply high level financial reports to clients. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. • Utilize expertise in your field and demonstrate how it collaborates with other disciplines to meet team and departmental goals. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. **What You’ll Need:** • TX Real Estate License required. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. Experience in managing healthcare facilities preferred. • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
