Your Role

Responsible for receiving and processing all information related to the Real Estate Department. Reviewing and entering lease data requiring extreme accuracy.  Meeting deadlines on a monthly basis.  Calculate and review revenue computations.  Assist the Real Estate team as needed.

Your Responsibilities

Address all calls dealing with routine real estate lease matters, preparation of correspondence and follow up. Be the initial point of contact for Real Estate.Lease information data entry on daily basis.  Confirmation of data via confirmation from applicable branch.Research payment history and supply requested information, i.e. check numbers, dates cashed, copies of checks.Research and confirm property ownership. Request all necessary documentation for verification and updating.Support and assist Real Estate Representatives and lessors regarding lease agreements, contracts, structure information and payment information.Prepare and review lease change forms for accuracy before processing.Prepare and review revenue reports, verifying backup.Process new leases, lease renewals and lease cancellations. Create and maintain lease files. Interact with lessor as needed, notification to Sales and Charting, issuance of work orders to operations, final processing of lease to be cancelled in lease system and cancellation of all necessary permits.Assist with the Georgia Vegetation Management permits as requested.Perform duties of Lease Administrator and/or Administrative Assistant in their absence, or as assigned.Work and assist Real Estate Representatives with preparing lease documents, correspondence and any other related real estate requests.Meet monthly deadlines and monthly filing.Prepare, maintain and verify all annual permit renewals for both local and state permits.Prepare, maintain and verify all requests for annual Certificates of Insurance requests for lease agreements, state and local government and others, as needed.Prepare, maintain and verify all required monthly reports.Review, update and maintain lease files. Audit lease files and update information as required in lease system.Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets related to Real Estate matters.Special projects as requested by management.Act with diplomacy as a representative of Real Estate Department.Perform other related duties as required.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s DegreeKnowledge of general accounting. Previous work experience in Real Estate and/or completion of a Real Estate program helpful.Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Excel environment.  Oracle background is helpful.Must be multi-task oriented, extremely detailed and organized. Strong written & verbal communication skills.Knowledge and understanding of lease agreements and contracts.To all Recruitment Agencies: OUTFRONT Media LLC does not accept agency and unsolicited resumes.
