Job DescriptionWe currently have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and driven Real Estate Agent to our join MINT Residential team, based in the Brisbane CBD on a full time basis.
Specialising in the sales of Minor Hotels branded apartments and collaborating closely with hotel and building managers, you will proactively pursue listings and sales within the buildings while assisting with investor inquiries from interstate. As Sales Professionals, we engage daily with property owners, benefiting from a warm pool of prospects familiar with our brand.
This role provides an outstanding entry into the CBD Apartment Sales sector in Brisbane with leads provided, enabling you to establish a strong market presence and leverage the advantages of being part of a global hotel company.
Daily Tasks Include:
Prospecting to our Oaks and Minor managed buildingsCo-ordinating inspections with our on-site teamsPreparing detailed and accurate information for buyersCreating listing agreements and contractsConducting open homes and private showings of propertiesQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Hold a current Real Estate Agents licence Minimum 3 years real estate sales experienceExceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with owners, hotel managers and other key stakeholdersSolid knowledge of real estate sales procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirementsExcellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as requiredPositive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomouslyAdditional InformationJoin our positive and vibrant team and be rewarded with these team benefits:
