Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Safely operate concrete mixer trucks to deliver concrete products to construction sites. + Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. + Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports. + Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel. + Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. **What Are We Looking For** + Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements. + Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations. + Ability to operate and maintain concrete mixer trucks. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. **Conditions of Employment** + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. **Work Environment** + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** + $24.09 to $25.09 per hour. + Benefits through the Company for Medical, Dental, and Vision. + Union Pension + Paid vacation and holidays.
