Reachback Mid-level All Source Collection Requirements Manager - TS/SCI W/POLY

Supports United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations, including, but not limited to, all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. USFOR-G provides global intelligence analytical reach-back in support of Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives, missions, and crisis response as well as US Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) remote, CONUS-based, analytical support.

Key Responsibilities\:
•    Establish, maintain, and improve enduring search criteria using reporting tools. 
•    Conduct analysis to develop actionable products. 
•    Provide feedback to collectors through evaluations and SDRs. 
•    Support CI operations. 
•    Identify individuals of CI concern through All-source analysis. 
•    Proactively identify potential insider threats and MCC leads. 
•    Generate leads and provide support to the full-spectrum of CI operations. 
•    Support HUMINT operations. 
•    Identify Military Source Operations (MSO) leads. 
•    Provide analytical support to HUMINT operations. 
•    Perform CHARC Operations. 
•    Generate thorough assessments based on reporting reviews, and CI indicators. 
•    Publish IIR evaluations. 
•    Provide operational assessments and recommendations. 
•    Conduct local national vettings. 
•    Positively Identify (PID) and deconflict LN identities. 
•    Assess LN threat concerns based on All-source analysis

Required Qualifications\: 
•    Associate’s Degree OR at least two years of direct intelligence analysis experience
•    Experience – at least three years operational Collection Management operational experience UNCLASSIFIED//FOUO UNCLASSIFIED//FOUO within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
•    Clearance – TS/SCI and willing to undergo CI Polygraph 

Special skills or qualifications
o    Thorough understanding of DoD and Service analytical tools to include RMT/ODL, DCGS-A, Palantir, and BI2R 
o    Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development such as Palantir, RMT, TAC, All Source Data bases, Google Maps or other social networking analysis software 
o    Experience with ICREACH, Voltron or PROTON 
o    Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.) 
o    Strong writing and briefing skills 
o    Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team 

Highly desired qualifications and experience 
•    Education – Associates or Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent military enlisted or company grade officer experience 
•    Background in DoD or service manned or unmanned collection platform capabilities, collection planning, synchronization, execution, and assessment 
•    Knowledge of communication and dissemination architectures 
•    Previous joint military experience 
•    OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience 

Clearance Required\: TS/SCI and willing to take CI Poly

Minimum Education\: High School or equivalent

Minimum Years of Experience\: 3 years
