The Registration and Compliance Operations (RCO) team is looking for an outstanding
seasonal manager with a passion for leading an operations team in the Know Your Customer
(KYC) function. The primary responsibility of this role is to mitigate regulatory and legal risks,
as well as prevent bad actors, through a combination of automated and manual
investigations. This helps safeguard all Amazon marketplaces, ensuring long-term buyer
satisfaction with their experience.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges and
opportunities. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to work with
various stakeholders to identify issues, analyze root causes, and drive improvements.
The primary responsibilities of this position include providing leadership and guidance to

process owners, training, workforce management, analytics, and other teams within RCO.
